It’s hard for me to get my jokes out because I tell them first in my head and my laughter doesn’t let me coherently tell them to others. So when I eventually get them out and people laugh, I’m usually not sure if they’re laughing at the joke or my wild laughter. (Laughter is contagious you know.)
Apart from being a huge fan of comedy, I think I have an amazing sense of humor. Hence, my decision to be a stand up comedian when I’m 80. The friends I’ve told about wanting to be a comedian don’t believe in my comedic abilities but that’s on them because I’m a natural. Yes. I’m funny as hell. I said it. For those that don’t believe me, here’s a joke:
So I have a powerbank I’ve never used before. It’s the product of a company called virgin. It’s a virgin born of a virgin.
See, I’m hilarious. If you don’t get this go awayyyyyyyyyyyyy.
I remember telling this joke to Shalom and Thonia. The laughter was massive. The laughter was my laughter. My laughter was massive. Shalom and Thonia didn’t think it was funny. Don’t mind them. They are not comedically inclined. The problem can’t be me because I’m insanely funny. (Ain’t no question dhurrrr)
Aside: I think I’d just stick to spontaneous jokes for now. Yeah, I know I’m funny but you know, better safe than sorry. Cheerssss.
